Getting Help

With iConstituent's dedicated support staff, you are sure to receive the help you need, when you need it. As soon as you join iConstituent, you will immediately be contacted by our Project Manager who will shepherd you through the entire process from start to finish. Moving forward, you will have an entire staff of training and support experts at your disposal to help you with any questions you may have along the way.

Live Support
In-office training and support is available five days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM ET. Our training staff will train you on the Constituent Gateway product suite, educate you on best practices and trends, and will continue to provide support whenever you may need it.

Web Support
Live, online support is available to you in real-time using our webinar software. This allows our training staff to view your screen or for you to view their screen so that we can walk you through any trouble you may be having. We also offer online documentation for our products available to you 24/7.

Email Support
Support requests can be submitted easily through email and 24/7 email support is available for emergencies. Support can be reached at support@iconstituent.com.

Best Practices Meetings
iConstituent is proud to host Best Practices meetings on a variety of topics for e-newsletter, website, or town hall products. Past topics have included "Preparing for the Golden Mouse" awards and "Effectively Using Telephone Town Hall Meetings". These Best Practices meetings can even be hosted remotely using our Virtual Town Hall product - allowing you to re-watch the webinar at a time most convienent to you!
