Our integrated contacts area allows you to create mailing lists based on an array of attributes including survey responses and interaction history. Our state of the art reporting gives you access to over 50 reports that include location tracking using Google Maps.

Constituent Gateway is the only product on the Hill with complete social-network integration. All of our e-newsletters can be built to allow constituents to share on their Facebook™, MySpace™, Twitter™, Yahoo Buzz™, LinkedIn™, and Digg™ profile pages. You can even track how many times the e-newsletter was posted, which specific users are posting it, and how many views each specific user's posting created.

How easy is it to switch to iConstituent?

Switching to iConstituent is easy. As soon as you join iConstituent, one of our Project Managers will contact you to immediately get started on the process. Ensuring that we understand your needs will enable us to create a one-of-a-kind design that will be used on your website and e-newsletters. Your initial design mockups will be delivered within 5 days. Once approved, your website shell and e-newsletter templates will be built out and you will be ready to begin!

Our training staff will come to your office to show you everything you need to know about the Constituent Gateway. We will help you upload your lists (exported from your old vendor), create mailing lists in your new account, and get your first mailing out the door! For your website, we will guide you through the entire process from start to finish. We will even show you the best way to get your content from your old site to your site. I need to get up and running fast, how long will the process take?

As soon as you join iConstituent, one of our Project Managers will call you to begin the process. For websites, it is possible to deliver a beta version of a "Ready to Launch" template in two weeks. For e-newsletters it's even easier! You will be mailing from your new Constituent Gateway account in as little as 5 days (depending on design revisions and feedback).

What is a Ready to Launch template?

A Ready to Launch template is an easy way to get a professionally designed website up and running quickly.  We offer a selection of templates for you to choose from. Simply select the design, provide us with any imagery you would like to integrate in the banner, and send us a headshot. We will personalize the banner for you and deliver a design comp for your approval.

Does iConstituent offer support?

Absolutely! iConstituent offers the best support on the Hill! With our simple support system, you can easily request assistance for anything you might need - by phone or by email. If necessary, we will even send out one of our training specialists to provide you with additional in-office training and guidance.
