Free Customer Support and Training: Get ongoing customer support and training to provide you with everything you need to maintain your site. In-office support and training is available five days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM ET, with phone/email support available until 8 PM and emergency support available 24/7.
Integration with the Constituent Gateway E-Newsletter, Website, and Telephone and Video Town Hall Systems and Constituent Data Services: Because our e-newsletter, website, and telephone and video town hall products were designed together, they work in perfect harmony. Your website, email, and town hall outreach synchronize and share the same constituent database, meaning you'll never have to transfer data back and forth. Email addresses collected from your website can be used immediately in your next mailing, and any new constituent information will be automatically updated throughout your Constituent Gateway database.
User-Friendly Content Management: Control all of the content, navigation, images, and attachments on your site – right from your web browser.
Integration with Most CRM Systems: Our custom webforms will integrate with most CRM systems including Lockheed Martin's IQ and InterAmerica's Capitol Correspond systems. Our Project Managers will walk you through the entire process of getting these custom webforms up and running so that you can ensure your current workflows are maintained.
